THE FREQUENCY BATH The baths I give include sound THE FREQUENCY BATH The baths I give include sound healing, crystal layouts, and sometimes essential oils and Reiki. Hence I prefer to use the term “frequency” to encompass all of these modalities. But let it be known the baths are sound heavy. And why is this? Well because sound healing is powerful!!! There are so many benefits to soaking in sound that I can’t possibly convey them all but I’ll do my best to summarize why I love them by breaking things down into body, mind, and spirit. BODY. A bath profoundly relaxes your body. This is probably the most popular benefit expected and experienced from a sound healing. From a deeply relaxed state your parasympathetic nervous system can then kick in facilitating a balancing and healing of both your physical and subtle bodies. MIND. A bath also helps to cleanse your mind giving you a break from the monkey mind chatter. And, if you are so inclined, it is a powerful space to work with different brain states that helps you to drop limiting beliefs and reprogram your subconscious mind. SPIRIT. A bath connects you with your spirit/your soul helping you to explore who you really are in your purest form and remember your true power and wisdom. You can experience all of these benefits in one session, some of them, or none of them at all and instead go through something entirely different. Whether you set an intention for a bath or not they are experienced differently by every single person even if they are in the same bath together. I regard it much like Reiki. That when I play the instruments the energy that comes through knows what to do and where to go. All you need to do is trust that whatever you experience is exactly what you need at the exact moment you need it. So whether you want to have a bath just to chill out and surf the sonic waves or if you want to be more intentional it’s up to you. You’ll get what you need whether you realize it or not. SOUL MATES I believe that we are souls having a h SOUL MATES I believe that we are souls having a human experience. That when we die our soul doesn’t and it lives on to experience different lives on earth and beyond. I also believe that as this soul we pick the next life we are going to go into. We choose every experience we will have that will serve our soul’s evolution and we create soul contracts with other souls, agreements to meet and complete specific work in the next lifetime. These soul agreements aren’t cookie cutter. They can be amazing and easy encounters or they can be incredibly challenging experiences. They can be one offs lasting only briefly, they can last for a few years, or you can meet those that become lifers and your soul tribe. Sometimes the term “soul mate” is synonymous with your romantic partner but I think this is just one possibility. They come in many guises. They can be any person you come across in your life from a random stranger to someone you know intimately. And, if you’re lucky, they are a lifelong friend… The human in the pic above is one of my soul mates. Probably one of the OG members of my soul tribe in this lifetime. I met her in the 80’s when I was in Junior High (these pics and the note on the back of the one are from around the time of our meeting) and I just thought she was the coolest. I still do and I can’t believe how smart I was to nail her down as friend for this lifetime. She is a gorgeous being inside and out. Funny, kind, compassionate, considerate, brave and wise. @angelinayyc2023 I’m so grateful we signed up for this lifetime together. Happy birthday, man. HALLS WRAPPER WISDOM I’ve shared before how I HALLS WRAPPER WISDOM I’ve shared before how I get signs from the universe/my guides etc. Typically for me they come in the form of Halls wrappers with inspirational quotes I find randomly on the ground. It happens so frequently that my manfriend wonders if there’s some sort of Halls sucking litter bug purposely dropping these things. But lately in addition to finding wrappers I’m also finding that I’m frustrated. I’ve been doing tons of inner work these past few years especially and have been trying to hone my intuition to have more of a conscious relationship with said universe/guides etc. like maybe I can graduate from the whole wrappers thing but let’s just say it’s not going that well. Most days that I seek guidance and connection I feel like I get crickets. So even though I consistently find the wrappers and even though I am now finding two at a time my appreciation for them has been waning. This morning as I started my walk in the trees I found a wrapper unlike any before. It was ripped in half and it just had one message: Don’t give up on you. Then as I was finishing my walk and heading for my car I found the other half of the wrapper that said: Allez-y (which is french for “go ahead” or “go on”). I couldn’t help but smile as I surrendered to the relentless barrage of Halls wrapper wisdom. They might be a ridiculously weird way to communicate but they work. They get my attention and provide short and sweet words of encouragement. Not only that, my experience with the wrappers has reminded me to stop expecting life to be a certain way and instead embrace how it already is. There’s nothing like striking a gong before maki There’s nothing like striking a gong before making a few announcements 😜 Firstly, I got myself a gong and it’s beyond incredible. There also have been a lot of changes in my world so here’s the latest : No more podcast. No more reiki straight up. And what’s brand new is I’m now offering what I’m calling Frequency Baths – bespoke, in person sessions that use sound medicine and crystals to help balance your mind, body, and spirit.
