And our frequency is alive and is ever changing so tending to your frequency isn’t a one and done type of situation. It’s a practice.

A few weeks ago my website crashed. A day after I was telling someone how easy running a website is 🙃

It has taken way longer than I expected to get back up and running and I’ve taken this time to feel into why it happened. I mean I know technically why it happened but energetically I wondered why I was stopped in my tracks as I was adding more baths and offerings to my schedule.

Essentially I’ve taken it as a sign to assess where I’m at and change my direction a little bit. Or maybe get clearer on the direction I’m heading. Anyways this means a few things…

~I have a new schedule where I’ve cut back on my group bath dates.

~My baths are evolving a bit. The bath that started it all, my spa treatment/ super relaxing massage for your energy field is going to be called Restore. I am looking at adding other types of baths in the future but these are still works in progress.

~I am now available for booking private events.

~And I’m still booking 1:1 frequency treatments if you fancy more of a personal experience.

As of right now my website is back up and rolling and I guess that means so am I. Links for all of the above are in my bio 💫

THE HEARTBEAT OF THE EARTH

If you haven’t heard of it, the Schumann Resonance is also known as the heartbeat of the earth. Basically it’s the electromagnetic frequency of the planet.

There is a machine that measures this and typically it produces a graph that looks like the second image above but just over a week ago the graph did something highly unusual and looked like the first image. The Schumann used to keep steady around 7.83 hz but it now fluctuates and the first image above was around 190 hz which is very high. Side note: I deep dive on earth energies for kicks so I squealed when I first saw the image.

I’ve seen a lot of people try to give an explanation for the incredible spike in energy. Some say that it was just the monitoring technology malfunctioning. This is possible. Others say it was tampered with. Also possible. And of course there are a myriad of mystical and esoteric explanations for this happening. In my opinion there are just too many variables at play to pinpoint any one definitive explanation.

Why does it matter, you ask? How does it affect you? Well generally speaking, the earth rising in frequency/ascending affects every person’s energy field. We aren’t just living on this planet, we are a part of it. But how it affects our energy fields I think is unique to each and every person and your experiences can range anywhere from being blissful to being anything but.

Today I came across a new spin on the Schumann from a few different sources so I knew I should pay attention. The gist being that yes, the earth’s fluctuating and rising frequency affects us but it’s also important to remember that our frequencies affect it. And this has been scientifically proven. Now do I think that it was a person or group of people that affected the Schumann spike be it consciously or not? Maybe. Again, it’s impossible to know anything for sure.

But having this new perspective feels important for me. Because it’s not just what we physically do to care for the earth but who we are, our unique personal frequencies, also contribute to the heartbeat of the planet we call home. And I think that’s beautiful.

I heard David Sereda mention this and I guess the bottom line is that if your nervous system is in coherence so is your life. And vice versa - if your nervous system is out of whack so too is your life.

I think all of our nervous systems are prone to taking a beating on the daily. It’s part of life in the world we live in. And personally, for me, I find that peri-menopause isn’t helping my situation. Needless to say I’m always looking for ways to calm my anxiety and regulate my system.

Legs up the wall (yoga pose) is a go to for me. Particularly at night.

I’ve also read recently that your hair is an extension of your nervous system and to be very careful how you treat and care for it. Chemicals and heat are no bueno. I already started using “clean” shampoo about a year ago so that’s a box checked and I’m also experimenting with using even less heat on my hair which is hard because I don’t really do much to it to begin with.

I obviously also use sound to help me soothe my nerves. Working with the gong is a great way to reset the nervous system. @jainwells is a wealth of all things gong related and she recently posted a great video on this. And I like to use my other instruments as well to help myself (and others) get out of fight or flight and into a relaxed state.

First I learned that I’m not just my physical bo

First I learned that I’m not just my physical body and that I have an energy field around me. This then lead me to the realization that my body is really just energy too. Then I learned, and am constantly learning, ways to take care of me as energy. Then I’ve come to realize that I am my own signature energetic frequency. We all are. Everything is. And as energy affects us we also affect energy.

That takes me to where I am today. Getting to understand my unique frequency and what my baseline essence is and what I feel like I want to change to be more of what I want to put out into the world. Not to be better or improve in any way but rather to be more me.

How many times can a girl say energy in a post? Obviously a lot 😜
