A 3-session journey where beauty, frequency, and coherence meet.
If the 1:1 Soundcare Session is about opening the door — releasing tension, activating flow, and reconnecting you with your natural radiance — the Glow Up Series is about stepping fully inside.
This 3-session series works layer by layer with your fascia, lymph, and nervous system, allowing your body to unwind in rhythm and your glow to build session by session. Instead of quick fixes, we use resonance — crystal bowls, tuning forks, vocal tones, and guided ritual — to restore your natural vitality and presence.
How It Works (3 Sessions):
- Foundation — Fascia release + lymphatic opening to clear stagnation
- Purifying — Lymphatic support for flow, detoxification + clarity
- Integration — Nervous system tuning + a personalized Soundcare ritual to carry forward

Session Details
- 75 minutes each, held in your home (Greater Vancouver area)
- $450 CAD for the 3-session series (paid in full at booking)
- or there’s the option to have the sessions at Love & Peace Studio ($600) but this is currently arranged off this website.
Please note: All purchases are final. Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice; missed sessions cannot be refunded.
