In Wonder Craver Blog

I haven’t posted for a while. Like in over a year. I just felt like no one was really out there “listening”. But I more felt like what have to say really isn’t of any concrete service to anyone so what’s the point?

In mid March I was about to have some time off and was going to get down to re-visioning the site when the pandemic happened. A stick in the spokes moment if ever there was one.

For me it feels like the universe has given me a time out to think about what I’ve done with my life. I feel guilty to say this but this has been an incredible gift. Of course I say this having been so fortunate to stay healthy, money isn’t an issue at the moment, and my loved ones are all safe and sound. And I know this isn’t the case for everyone. But for me it has been a coming home to myself. Figuratively and literally. And I’ve been able to take the time to completely re-vision the life I want to live, the person I want to be.

I also feel like this is a profound opportunity for humanity. Some say this is a great awakening. Others go down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories. Then there are those that won’t listen to anything outside mainstream media. I’ve gone through an insane amount of information these days trying to sort fact from fiction and make sense of things on my own. Recently I came across the work of Zach Bush MD and for me, his message resonates. For me, his wisdom will help us move into the world that is not only possible but beautiful. The following quote is from an interview he did I believe on one of the Rich Roll podcasts:

We owe it to ourselves to ask questions and to stay open to what comes. And an answer for one person might not be the same for another. We must respect this fact and respect one another. Be willing to hear new ideas and make our own opinions about things without having them forced on us. We can believe what feels right to ourselves and honor that others can do the same. We need to be kind to ourselves and each other as we all come to define what life will be like going forward. Going forward first requires going inward and I hope everyone is given that opportunity.

Isn’t that AMAZING???!!!???

Now I know that very few people if any that will see this post. And that’s okay. I did it for me to sort my own thoughts out. To make this site feel more like the current version of me. But I also trust that if people are meant to come across these words then they will. And if they are meant to get something from it they can and I’m coming around to the idea that this is as valid form of serving others as any other.

Sending lots of love out there!!!

Heads up: check out Resources where you can find the website info for Zach Bush, Rich Roll, and all the other people and ideas I find inspiring.
