It’s an opportunity to take time out from your busy life to tune into and tune up your frequency supported by the potent sound and frequencies of crystal singing bowls, the gong, drums, and more.
It’s sacred self-care that is not only deeply restorative but transformative and is a beautiful addition to your wellness routine.

Space is limited so advanced booking is required.
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets etc. are provided but please do bring anything else you’ll require to keep you warm and cozy.
I typically burn incense at this location but if you have any allergies or aversions to scent please let me know ahead of time and I can accommodate you.
The bath will begin promptly at 7pm and I will not be able to let you in if you arrive late. Please be sure to give yourself enough time to find parking and then get settled into the space.
Refunds are on a case by case basis.
