Join me for ATTUNE a Frequency Sound Bath/Micro-Retreat at Wildwood Cabins on beautiful Bowen for an afternoon that will rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul utilizing the power of sound and frequencies from crystal singing bowls, the gong, drums, and more.
This bath will be a little longer than my other offerings allowing time for some guided meditations, journalling, and of course a magical sound bath all while tucked away in the trees.
It’s a beautiful opportunity to take time for you and to replenish your energy!

WHERE: Wildwood Cabins – Yoga Studio, 1321 Adams Road, Bowen Island, BC. V0N 1G2
TIME: 2:30pm – 4:30pm
COST: $60 general tickets, $75 for ticket that includes the sauna from 4:30-6pm (5 spaces only) available on Eventbrite exclusively.
A FEW MORE DETAILS:
Space is limited so advanced booking is required.
The sauna soak has limited space. Please note that there is no shower to rinse off after your soak but there is a bucket to rinse with cold water. Also, please bring your own towel to dry off.
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets etc. are provided but please do bring anything else you’ll require to keep you warm and cozy.
Refunds are on a case by case basis.
