SANCTUARY is a small-group sound experience designed to help you soften, reconnect, and return to yourself beneath the noise.
Created for those carrying more than they realize, this intimate gathering offers space to pause through immersive sound, gentle guidance, and intentional stillness.
Using crystal singing bowls, gong, and carefully curated frequencies, Alison creates an environment that invites the body to rest, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to settle.
This is not another wellness practice to master. It is a space to rest.
It is an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and spend time in a space designed for restoration, reflection, and reconnection.
Many guests leave feeling calmer, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
