Join me for SANCTUARY — a small-group Frequency Sound Bath designed to nourish your nervous system, clear your field, and bring you home to yourself.
This is sacred self-care: a moment out of time to rest, receive, and tune up and into the unique frequency that is you — supported by the deeply resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, the gong, drums, and more.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and more deeply aligned.

A FEW NOTES:
- Space is limited — advance booking is required.
- Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring anything else to keep yourself cozy.
- Incense and sacred oils are used — please email me in advance if you have sensitivities and I’ll happily adjust.
- The bath begins promptly at 7pm — late arrivals cannot be accommodated so please arrive early to settle in.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
